I have a rewrite rule problem (my rewrite rule does not work)

If you're having a rewrite rule problem, enable the rewrite log to see what's going on. (Note that this may slow down your server.) The directive "RewriteLogLevel 9" will cause almost all rewrite related actions to be logged. You can then check through the rewrite related log entries in the error log.
