Fatal error when enabling LSCWP in WHM cache manager

While using the Web Cache Management feature of our WHM plugin, you might occasionally see an installation listed with an Error status. By hovering over the Error text, a small explanation as to the cause of the problem will be displayed. Such errors include, but are not limited to:

  • Fatal Error Encountered During Action Execution
  • Timeout Occurred During Action Execution
  • Could Not Retrieve WordPress siteURL
  • Could Not Match WordPress siteURL To A Known cPanel Docroot
  • Could Not Find A Valid wp-config.php File

Please refer to the Cache Manager Error Status documentation for the proper solution to each error.

If you are still running into issues after learning about the cases above, please let us know the actions you have taken, commands you have run, and any error output in more detail.
