The price on the website does not match the amount on my invoice

This price difference occured because we have prorated your billing.

This can happen in two ways:

  • In most cases, the first order is for the remaining part of the current month, from today until the end of the month. This will result in a lower price than what you'd see on the website.
  • If you place your order close to the end of the month, you will be billed for the remaining days of this month and all of next month, from today to the end of the next month.

You can confirm this by checking your invoice. Your leasing period for each license should appear in the description of the license. 

For example, you might see:
Web Host Essential LSWS (02/08/2018 - 02/29/2018)

if you ordered a monthly Web Host Essential license on 02/08/2018 (this would be the first case from above).

If you order near the end of the month (the second case from above), you might see something like:
Web Host Essentia LSWS (02/25/2018 - 03/31/2018)
