I did not receive my email with the serial number

Please confirm that our emails are not being filtered/blocked on your end.

You can access your email history by going to your client area, clicking the drop down from your name, and then clicking Email History. All your email is archived there.

You can also find your serial number by clicking Services on the gray bar at the top of the screen and then clicking My Services. Lastly, by clicking on Sign Up Date twice, you can sort your licenses from newest to oldest. Each license will be listed with its license type, license number,  serial number, and server IP.
