Please confirm that our emails are not being filtered/blocked on your end, or ending up in your spam folder.
You can access your email history by going to your client area, clicking 'Hello, NAME!' so the drop down menu appears, and then clicking 'Email History'. All of your emails are archived there.
You can also find your serial number by clicking 'Services' on the bar at the top of the screen and then clicking 'My Services'.
Lastly, by viewing all of your active product/services you will see all of your licenses with their serial numbers.
