If you purchased a leased license from one of our resellers, you'll need to cancel the license with them and then purchase another directly from us.
If you bought an owned license from one of our resellers, you must get their permission to transfer the license.
Once you have their permission, have them open a support ticket with us to confirm that they are okay with the transfer.
