How do I cancel a license?

Please log in to your client area and go to Services->My Services->View Details->Request Cancellation.

If you have a PayPal subscription, you need to go to the PayPal site to cancel the subscription, otherwise, PayPal will continue sending us payments.

Once we receive your request, we'll process the cancellation accordingly on our end.
