If you've received a message that indicates that something caused the server to crash, please be sure you are running the latest version and build.
LiteSpeed Web Server:
You can check your current version: cat /usr/local/lsws/VERSION
Check your current build: cat /usr/local/lsws/autodate/build
LiteSpeed Web ADC:
You can check your current version: cat /usr/local/lslb/VERSION
Check your current build: cat /usr/local/lslb/autodate/build
If you are not running the latest version number and last build number yet, please update. The crash may have been caused by a bug that has already been fixed.
LiteSpeed Web Server - /usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/lsup.sh -f
LiteSpeed Web ADC - /usr/local/lslb/admin/misc/lsup.sh -f
If the problem persists after the update, please let us know, and send us the core file for further analysis.
