In this release: Security improvements, bug fixes, and more!
RELEASE SUMMARY:
- **Security hardening across the plugin**, including visitor isolation, credential redaction, input validation and multisite admin restrictions.
- **Breaking:** shared multisite settings now require network activation, JS Delayed Includes and its filter are removed, and runtime configuration moved to a PHP-protected file.
- **Cache:** URI rules like `Do Not Cache URIs` now ignore a leading or trailing `*`. (#1040) WCML guests in the shop currency now use the default cache. (#1057)
- **Reliability fixes** for Page Optimize, Media, Image Optimize, Object Cache, Crawler and Purge. Thumbnails are no longer skipped for images in the uploads root. (PR#1059)
- **Admin UI** rebuilt with plain jQuery/JavaScript, replacing React and Babel.
