Are you currently using a control panel like cPanel? Please switch to Apache to see if the error can be reproduced on Apache as well.
- If it can, then the reported issue is not related to our products and is out of the scope of LiteSpeed Support. Please engage your own System Administrator to do more troubleshooting.
- If the problem cannot be reproduced with Apache but only happens on LiteSpeed, please let us know and we will have a further look.
